First, the aesthetician needs to wipe of my abdomen using a warm cloth.
Next was she applied this gel all over my tummy, It's different from the translucent gel used during my cryotherapy & cavicontour experience.
After applying the gel, the aesthetician will now use this handheld device & will just rubbed it on the center of my abdomen for 30 mins then 15 mins on the left side and 15 mins on the right side.
Lastly, they will apply this anti-inflammatory cream.
And that's it! after 30 mins of rubbing, my tummy became reddish but it's normal.
It was really painless but you will just feel the heat, but time to time they are checking the temperature of the heat so no need to worry. Imagine! I loss 2 inches on my first session.
