King Bee Chinese Food


Ni Hao Ma! Most of you guys know that I am a Filipino Chinese.
And since, I have a Chinese blood because of my father who is a pure Chinese.
I really love eating Chinese food! I love dumplings & yang chow fried rice.

I got really excited when i received an invite to try the
 King Bee Chinese Food restaurant
 at the newly opened mall, Fisher Mall last week which is just near my place.






Look at the King Bee! Isn't he so adorable?
Seeing this cute mascot/creature reminds me of the television show
"Dragon Ball Z"
I don't know if it's just my over imaginative mind or he really looks like a part of it.

I'm sorry :) Now let's move on and check out the place!





King Bee's interior is more of a classy looking restaurant 
which is so perfect for a business meeting and a family gathering
and you can really feel the Chinese ambiance because of the 
yellow lantern hanging from the ceiling.
Feels like I'm in Chinatown!

I wasn't in the mood to drink a fruit shake so i decided to
 get some bottomless iced tea instead.


I never thought King bee's iced tea would be 
different from other restaurants iced tea.
I don't know but there's something in this
 iced tea that i really really love. 

Seeing this food infront of me makes me think of
What would be my weight after 1 month of continuously 
reviewing different restaurants but still, I love to eat. T_T
 King bee is so generous! I don't know where to start.
Should i start with the birthday noodles or the fried chicken?


Hmm. I think i should start first with their 
Yang Chow Fried Rice (P150.00)
Fried rice with asado, shrimps and egg.

I am speechless! I really love Yang chow fried rice so badly
 and I love that they served it with shrimps even though
I'm allergic to shrimps, I still love it! I'm a person who loves to eat rice over viand. 


Next was the Sweet Sour & Pork (P190.00) 
Pork sauteed in special sweet & sauce, one of my favorites too.
I love the tenderness of the pork.


I also tried the Fried Lapu-Lapu with Mango in Thai Sauce (Seasonal Price)
A Fried Garoupa with shredded mangoes covered with special Thailand sauce.
Not a fan of fish but i still ate some tiny piece and it was good and i love the sauce :)


Next, Sauteed Shrimp Balls with Salted Egg Yolk (P420.00)
Shrimps sauteed in salted egg yolk with broccoli flower.
We love the Shrimp Balls, I never thought sauteing this 
shrimp in salted egg will result in a super delicious dish. 


King Bee Fried Chicken (P480.00)
One whole house specialty chicken served with some kropek.
It's just the traditional Chinese fried chicken.


Next was the Roasted Cold Cuts Combination (P320.00)
It's a combination of Pork barbecue, Beef Kienchie, Pata Ham, 
Soy Chicken, Soy Beancurd, Seaweeds and Century Egg.
Oh. I miss eating century eggs! Thank God they have one :)


Look at this Lechon Macau (P260.00)
A Chinese style liempo roasted to perfection.
It really taste so good! I also love the plating :)


Lastly, the Birthday Noodles (P240.00)
It's a special pancit canton with seafoods and quail eggs.
I'm guilty! i ate a total of 4 quail eggs! I super love their Birthday Noodles.


They also served some dimsum such as the 
Pork Siomai (P80.00) 
Hacao (P120.00)
and the Chicken Feet (P70.00) 


Ending the review with their amazing and stunning
Mixed Fruit Platter (P280.00)
Combination of mangoes, oranges, pineapple and watermelon.


Look at the two kissing love birds inside.
What a presentation!
I am really amazed!


Whatever happens, my love for the Chinese cuisine will always be there. 

Over-all , I love the interior, food and even the service.
Amazing food presentations plus delicious and authentic Chinese food,
I will not hesitate to recommend King Bee with my family & friends.

King Bee is now one of my favorite Chinese restaurants.
Expect us to visit your restaurant soon with my family.
My dad would definitely love to try this restaurant.
