I have been really stressed lately due to pandemic, I don't mind being super clean or being over protective cause I don't want me & my family get infected.
So instead of over thinking and being stressed out, I decided to create a list on how to have an optimistic outlook.

2. Stop Complaining. As you start minimizing complaints in your life, you will notice that you will become more positive so instead of complaining why not start an action that will relieve your complaints.
3. Be Grateful. Think of the things you should be grateful for. Me? I am grateful that as of now we are still healthy. I am grateful that I am still with my family. I am grateful that I could still breathe & work for my family.
4. Do not over think. Overthinking leads to anxiety and depression which will not definitely help you have an optimistic outlook. Remember to always let go of the past and live in the moment.
5. Appreciate good moments. May it be small or big good moments as long as it made you happy, savor it! In times like this all we need is a little break. Let's think of the positive side, If we cannot go outside to have fun why not enjoy ourselves indoor? Make good moments at home and cherish the time that you have with your family.
