Last weekend i received a special giftpack from SLORD Development Corporation,
It's a bag full of Uni-pak Mackerel Goodies. (Hooray!)
So now, i am going to share some recipe using the Uni-pak Mackerel.
I really love pasta especially the carbonara & pesto,
that's why i decided to cook some creamy pasta today but ofcourse
with a "twist" instead of the regular meat, we will be using the Uni-pak Mackerel.
CREAMY MACKEREL PASTA
Ingredients:
Pasta Noodles
Onions
Butter
Ready Made Carbonara Sauce
Salt & Pepper
Sliced Mushroom
Directions:
First you need to cook the pasta for 11 minutes (or until the pasta is cooked)
on a 2 liter boiling water.
While waiting for the pasta, you can now start preparing the sauce.
First you need to saute the chopped onions on 2tbsp butter.

Add the Uni-pak Mackerel & Mushroom.
Stir & cook the mackerel and mushroom on a medium heat temperature.
Add the ready made carbonara sauce
Simmer the sauce for one minute then mix it with the cooked pasta.
Viola!!
Creamy Mackerel Pasta ready to serve!!
