E! Bloggers Ball 2017 Preview

It's been a week since the biggest gathering of social media influencers,

blogger & vloggers hosted by E! Entertainment co presented by Ever Bilena

held at City of Dreams Grand Ballroom.

E! Bloggers Ball is on its second year and just like last year it was 

a trending successful event. Guests were in for a treat as acclaimed

photographer Dookie Ducay took their portraits in a specially designed booth.

There's also a 360-degree photo area as well as several backdrops inspired by the

"vapor lights" theme specially created for those instagram worthy photos.

It's actually my first time to attend this ball and it feels great & overwhelming

to be part of this gathering. I would like to thank the people behind these

E! Bloggers Ball for appreciating our craft/works.

I really love the idea behind the E! Bloggers Ball which is providing

a catalyst for us bloggers, vloggers, youtubers & instagrammers to

socialize & simply have a good time. They like to think of it as

the "prom"or the "big dance" & they didn't fail.

Everyone attended looks so dazzling & glamorous! 

Before we head over to the list of awardees during the event,

I also want to share one of the main highlights of bloggers ball.

F O O D !

Let's start off with the Appetizer.
Tasmanian Salmon Sashimi with Ponzu Jelly, Wasabi & Coriander.
It's not like an ordinary sashimi, every bite of it is flavorful.
The strong taste of salmon leaves in the mouth.



For the soup served:
It's a Roasted Butternut Pumpkin & Vanilla soup with Crispy Pancetta.
It tastes like a regular pumpkin soup with some twist.





The Main Course
Slow Braised Angus Beef Cheek with Potato Mousseline, 
Roast Baby Carrots, Caramelized Shallots and Jus.

At first glance i really thought it is a chocolate cake
but it's actually an Angus beef. I love the tenderness of the beef but it isn't that
appetizing. It's good though.



Lastly, my favorite!
Dessert!!
24K Dark Chocolate Dome
Flourless Orange Cake, Kumquat Compote,
Grand Marnier Foam

I'd like to commend City of dreams for the sumptuous, delicious food served.

I also want to congratulate all the awardees at the E! Bloggers Ball event.

Olive Padilla; Rex Atienza and Jay Sarmiento of the Stylelist Inc.

Other highlights of the event include performances from
Clara Benin, DJ Mars Miranda and DJ Carlo Atendido.
